The reason behind choosing the Power Rangers is because every series they add in new Rangers or new Zords(The robots that come together to form the Megazord, or giant robot), such as in slide 2 where I have pictures of the Rangers of the series and the toy range of their zords. In this series they started with 3 Rangers, Red, Blue, Yellow, and then added the Black and White Rangers(as shown by image on the left) as the series progressed. Also the amount of Zords they had increased (see image on the right, also it's missing the Black Ranger's Zord) as the story progressed, which meant that they could swap out different parts of their Megazord. At the start of the series there were only 3 Zords, T Rex, Triceratops and Pterodactyl, and the others were added later though episodes where they would fight and then capture it or they knew about it all along and called it out as some kind of deus ex machina in order to defeat the enemy of the week.   I'm looking at Power Rangers Dino Thunder specifically because I believe that this series added the most Zords into the roster, which also means they were able to make more toys. The toys that get made for Power Rangers usually consist of the Megazord, usually coming as the separate zords that can be put together to make it (ie like the Constructicons from Transformers), the Morphers and whatever weapons they use, and the usual stuff like action figures of the characters and even a spin off game.

Premise Script v1 by Ollie Thacker on Scribd This is the first iteration of the story for my premise project. At first I thought I would do a story based on making gold, as that was the action my character was doing in my Character Design project. However I thought a pilot episode where the character makes his sidekick character. I'm also considering writing the gold making episode as an additional episode. The reason why is because I'd like to do my project as a pitch in order to get this show made into a real tv show. I definitely know there are some things that need changing, especially since this is the first draft of this script. Also I'm hoping that the writing of the script will help me come up with a name for the show, something which I am struggling with at the moment.

@Alan - Proposed new story- Minor

For the new story I was thinking of doing it on the way that academics gate keep their work with their language and that if someone new came to it, they would be completely baffled, as I have been when learning Post Modernism with Phil last year. Because of this, I'd like to make the animation more adult but keep the same animation style of a kids show, like Mary and Max. In terms of a story I was thinking Simon(the student) decides to get ahead on his work by reading the more advanced books in the library. After bringing them to life with a potion, he is unable to understand what they are going on about because of the language they use, and because they argue or disagree with each other and sort of gang up on him for not knowing their world. Simon ends up being confused, almost overwhelmed because he is not ready for the content contained.
