The collaboration project was described from day one as being one of the hardest. After doing it, I can say that this is an accurate statement. There were many problems with my group, the biggest being we did not know each other. In first year everyone talked and mad friends with each other, however Filipe seemed to be good friends with Francis, who unfortunately did not come back to join us in year 2, and I didn't really get a chance to talk with him that much, and Divine didn't really talk to anybody aside from the occasional question about the work. That being said, I got the feeling that the pair of them wanted to work hard and do their fair share. I had heard that the two had to retake Fantastic Voyage and did pretty well with their animations, so I was pretty confident in their choice to do the modelling and animating. This is one of many scenes I have been animating for the Collaboration Project. I think it came out well, however there were a couple things that I don't think look right. But, I have learned quite a lot from doing this and I did enjoy myself (especially on the Ring scene)

Mad Max Fury Road is not a complex film. The main plot is a group of characters go somewhere, are unable to find what they are looking for and return to the exact same place they left. However, the film is littered with exploitation cinema themes. Traditionally they are: Sex, Violence and Romance. Arguably, Mad Max Fury Road had all three of these. Throughout the film, the audience are shown multiple scenes of violence which take the form of car chases with guns and explosions. The violence is also quite over the top, at one point a couple of what appear to be War Boys are seen holding onto long rods attached to cars and proceed to rock them back and fourth throwing explosives at the main characters. And of course who could forget the man with the flamethrower guitar?  Sex and Romance are also shown, although not as much as violence. How to Cheat at... the Olym... by on Scribd This is hopefully the final version of my group's script. It has been through several re writes and refinements, especially today after meeting with Dan the acting tutor. This feels like a script I can put my faith in. I feel that the humour is spot on and the jokes should land. Hopefully, it will translate well into animation (if the real life reference footage is anything to go by I really think it will with a bit of hard work). *Subject to subtle changes
